The course is organized around Posts, which are short, self-contained, independent, and engaging units of study. This allows participants to select the order in which they want to complete the course. In each video, two educational experts discuss a concept related to English language teaching, suggest best practices, and demonstrate a practical classroom activity related to the topic. The videos are followed by a brief Reading (or, for TOEIC-specific courses, a second video) about the key ideas, concepts, and best practices highlighted in the post. In this section, course participants answer a few questions about the main topic of the post. These questions are intended to be used to consolidate the learnings of the post; course participants receive immediate feedback on their responses. Course participants can reset the whole section to try one or all the questions as many times as they want.

In addition, participants have access to a separate Resources section for each of the units within the ETP Course.
